CALL TO ORDER:  Meeting was called to order at 7:35 AM by President Savage.

Minutes & Secretary's Report: Minutes Approved.

Treasurer's Report: Frank Kawase reported that the balance in savings is $3,485 and in checking $37,648. The billings will go out this month, with the increased meal charge of $16 (up from $14), per last meeting's discussion and approval.
Gregg Franklin has sent in a check for $1,000 to the our Foundation as a partial reimbursement for his club expense coverage of the Osaka convention.

President Reports: President Savage had the following District Announcements:

1: District Foundation Dinner on February 16 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel; he has many raffle tickets, with purchase/donations credited towards the PHF.

2: February 23 is the Host night for the DGE that will be in town for their conferenct in Anaheim.

3: Received a thanbk you from El Sauzal Orphanage for the sewage project, alnog with a request for assistance with their well.

4: We are to set up a Display Table at the District confernce coming up in May 21. A request for an entry in the Commemorative Souvenir Booklet has been made, to be submitted by April to thufler@superdaves.biz. 

Director's Reports:

Club Service-Membership: 49.5% attendance in December. Chris Lowe should not be on this list.

Club Service-Fellowship: David Schoen reported:

1: Poker night was a success. Gross of $1240, expense of $600. Nomura took 4th, Grassi took 2nd.

2: Titan Baseball game is planned.

3. Tentative March trip to the Races.

Community Service-Youth: Rick Price reported:

1: Top 100 dates are set: SHUS May 11, FUHS on May 26.

2: Youth Singing is set for March 16.

International Service: Bob Clark, Jr

1: DVD Sales will be taking place. Meeting with Jahncke to work out some details.
